Employment Readiness Program ERP
Fort Richardson’s Employment Readiness Program
(ERP) goal is to assist eligible family members find appropriate, timely
re-employment in the Anchorage area. By providing support services
(assistance with applications, DA Form 3433 (application for
Non-Appropriated Fund Employment), RESUMIX, resumes (Federal &
Civilian), interview preparation, WORKPLACE Alaska), the program strives
to minimize the stress associated with a sponsor’s PCS
move.
ERP maintains a current job opening register and
referral service from the office located Building 600, Rm
A112.
ERP works closely with human resource
professionals on and off-post in pursuit of employment for registered
clients. A variety of helpful job-search seminars are also offered each
month at Army Community Service ranging from "Career Planning" to
"Interviewing and Salary Negotiations Skills" and "Dressing for Success."
