The Soldier & Family Assistance Center is here for you...

Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC)

The Army has a wide range of programs to help support the Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) Soldiers and their Families.  The Soldier & Family Assistance Center (SFAC) can help you navigate these programs by providing accurate information and coordinating referrals to the right people at the right agencies in order to help make the system work for you.

 Tel:  384-7322

Many times, simply having information made available can help to reduce anxious feelings and spur a plan of action for making things better for you and your Family.

The SFAC as part of Army Community Service maintains a wealth of information on services and programs available in the military and the civilian community.  SFAC personnel are available to research additional resources on an as-needed basis to help find resources that may help to suit your individual needs.

The SFAC is established to provide tailored integrated support services for the Warrior in Transition (WIT) Soldiers and their Families. The SFAC is to act as a liaison between the specific Supporting Community Agencies and the WTU and Family members.
