• Priority 1.  Official Department of Defense (DOD) travelers on orders may make reservation requests 180 days in advance year around.
• Priority 2.  Eligible unofficial travelers (not on orders) may make reservation requests seasonally:
  • Winter (September – May) – 14 days in advance, no booking limit
  • Summer (June – August) – 3 days in advance, 5 day booking limit

Non-guaranteed Reservations Cancellation Policy
Non-guaranteed reservations are cancelled daily at 6 pm. 

Guaranteed Reservation Policy
Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card payment for the first night's service charge.  Credit cards are charged at 6 pm.  Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled until 6 pm without penalty.  Uncollected guaranteed reservations are cancelled at 6 am in there entirety.
